It covers most everything needed for email, document storage, ability to create customized websites (great for individual classes), etc. Everything is online, so you don’t need hardware like computer servers or software like MS Exchange.
The best part is that for educational programs, Google signs everyone up for free. I’ve read they also have various built in systems for every level of student – e.g. kids under 8 get an email but can only communicate within the school system, etc. I’m really impressed with everything that it can do and so I am telling all my educational contacts about it.
